- Added Venny's "AI Annexation" change to mod. Full credit should go to Venny. This will turn the AI into a bloodthirsty, land-grabbing maniac!

- Added Turbo's "AI Military Build Constant" changes (but not with his original values). Full credit should go to Turbo. These changes allow the AI to purchase/build units in larger quantities than usual.

- Converted the project to use the 'proper' mod format.

- Removed any lose of relations between two countries due to annexation. Not at all realistic, but thoroughly good fun for short games!
